There are no sick days in space. NASA Astronaut Scott Kelly (@スコット・ケリー)​ gets his flu shot in space while his twin brother Mark Kelly​ gets his flu shot on the ground all in the name of science.

Scientists will look at how an astronaut’s immune system changes in response to microgravity and other spaceflight stressors and after return to Earth, whether these changes differ relative to Scott’s earth-bound twin brother, and how they relate to physiological, molecular, genetic and biochemical changes.
