Woke up this morning feeling moved and motivated by #violadavis speech last night .
Anyone that follows me know I'm all about taking matters into your own hands and not letting anyone put you in a "BOX." Oh so there isn't a door open to you for some reason or another? Build ONE!
Create your own opportunities. It may not always come in the form you envision but God may have a better plan for you, and when it happens, you will know it was meant for you and only you.

Don't strive for anyone else's path or dream, create your own path and don't be so concerned about the next person . Timing is KEY! Diversity is still something we struggle with in all industries but don't let color stop you from going after everything your qualified for. With the right preparation and determination, you may be able to open more doors than you know .
