Amazing Kansai Feast at Japanese fine dining restaurant Sasagawa.

Went there twice and both times I was moved by how authentic the food was and went home super happy. Definitely Japanese quality.

On the menu:
1&2. Seasonal vegetables with Yuzu flavored stock with Kinmedai from Kouchi and Saikyo miso from Kyoto

3. Freshly imported sashimi from Japan served with Tanimachi Ponzu from Osaka

4. Autumn vegetables & seafood in persimmon bowl
5. Ise lobster gusokuni from Mie

6. Echizen soba from Fukui

7. Takikomi gohan with Shio Konbu from Osaka

8. Miso soup with Aosa from Mie

9. Salted red bean Daifuku from Shiga

It is truly an amazing medley of Kansai flavors. Thank you Sasagawa. Gochisousamadeshita??
