Flashback... This weekend I spoke at @theleaguewomen's #runtheworld2015 Entrepreneur Conference ~ it was incredibly humbling being around 800 incredibly inspiring women both speaking and in the audience. This was one of the pics I used in my slide prez, (yep, me on PowerPoint, how corporate?!), it's a pic of Spelly and I at the markets 5 years ago. Spelly and I always joked that the whole stall was held together with gaffer tape, blu-tak, safety pins and 2 zip ties to hold the umbrellas to the tent. You don't get more grass roots than this haha... We only have this pic because we were about to get slammed by a massive storm (Spelly, was this the time the tent collapsed on us because of the weight of the rain??!) Anyway... Crazy, amazing, fond memories ~ and to all those starting out on a label or any business, don't be afraid to start small, we did and it was rad!! ??
