Shout out to this man for taking care of me after a scary experience today. Tried an intense workout class not realizing I was dehydrated! I walked out and 2 seconds later fainted in the hallway and woke up to my head hitting the ground. Thank you Lord for keeping me safe and reminding me to slow down & never workout again. (Jk!) But seriously I'm going to take it easy from now on. (Thanks stevie for not panicking when I thought I was going to die.)
