About the Shot - Barrel Selfie: One morning this past summer, I went out to a secret spot for a quick surf check.  It looked nice and clean with a few empty barrels and not another person in the water. After scoping out the sets for a few minutes, I paddled out.
How the Shot was Captured: Originally I decided to mount my  #HERO4Session on the nose of my board and have some fun.  After a few waves, I wanted to switch up the angle so I grabbed the camera off the board and snagged this barrel selfie. For this photo I set up my #GoPro to my go-to setting, .5s Time-Lapse mode.

PRO TIP: ALWAYS USE A FLOATY WHEN IN THE WATER. There's nothing worse than losing your camera after an epic session!
