Perfect #DKA from @ドミニクアンセルベーカリー. A lot of people ask why the DKA is presented seemingly "upside down". I've always thought the flat caramelized side was the most attractive. Plus, if your DKA is still warm, placing it with the flat side up keeps the caramel from sticking on the plate. ? #dabjapan #dabtokyo (And for those who don't know, the DKA is our version of the #KouignAmman, which has a caramelized crust and tender layers within.)
