About a year ago, I was on a farm house-turned-studio on the Central Coast of New South Wales, writing a song for my EP #WILD about someone who had been hurt so many times that they don’t let themselves feel anymore 💔💔 The track was finished, the lyrics were written, the vocal recorded at 1am, but the song was missing something. #TodayIMet @tkaymaidza - that missing something 💙💙💙 Tkay is a lil pocket rocket rapper from Adelaide who’s talent blows my mind. We hung and chatted over peppermint tea ☕️🍃 and i finally got to say thank you for the gift she gave me with that verse, and the gift she gave WILD 🌼 Idk about you guys, but i’m fuckin obsessed.
