To all the ladies in this place with style and grace- do you ever feel super emotional and hormonal and frustrated? Have long talks with friends not been enough to clear your mind? Silence helps and journaling and reading YES... and so does hitting the gym or working out in SOME WAY. I work out to stay HEALTHY so I can be a functioning old lady 🙌👵🏼, but I also work out to stay SANE! If you hate working out- I still do sometimes haha- maybe try thinking of it as therapy to clear your mind and getting aggression out in duh gymmmm. My favorite tool is the jump rope- as seen in this awkward selfie. Works arms, legs and zeh booty. Excellent cardio. If you get shin splints (I do too!) roll your ankles out before and after.
