Could this decrepit patch of land, right outside the ragged border of Copenhagen’s Christiania neighborhood, become a world-class culinary destination? @reneredzepinoma thinks so. He is the chef at @nomacph, arguably the world’s most influential restaurant at the moment. And he plans to close it at the end of 2016 to introduce his new vision, which is centered around a menu with seasonality in mind. @reneredzepinoma wants to transform this spot into a state-of-the-art urban farm, with a restaurant at its center. He will put a greenhouse on the roof. He will dig out the dank old asphalt lot and truck in fresh soil.
