INGREDIENTS:
?1 1/2-cups white jasmine rice
?1/4 cup-red quinoa
?1 cup-crimini mushrooms
?1/4 cup-diced bell peppers
?1/4 cup- cherry tomatoes halved
?1/4 cup- sliced avocado
?1 tbsp-cilantro
?1 tbsp-goji berries
?1 tsp-olive oil or ghee butter
?1/2 tsp-#flavorgod pink s&p
?1 tbsp-#flavorgod seasoning

DIRECTIONS:
?mix jasmine rice and quinoa together and rinse thoroughly and cook according to rice packaging
?sautée mushrooms with olive oil or ghee butter and #flavorgod pink s&p
?scoop rice into a bowl sprinkle #flavorgod seasoning
?top with veggies
