Fantastic new look by @elymarino using our new Dynasty Palette

1.Begin by applying a white base to the entire lid (This will help the colors Pop) using "Angel" eye khol
2.Using "Nefertiti" apply in the outer corner of the eyes and blend till their are no harsh edges
3.Taking "Venus" pat to the center of the lid slightly over lapping "Nefertiti" blend till their are no harsh edges
4.Apply "Luna" to the inner corner of the eyes and to brighten the color a bit more, pat "She Sparkles" Paint Pot over top
5.Apply your winged liner and line the lower water line using "LBD" gel liner, smudge it out using "Nefertiti" and "Venus"
