Throwback to one of the last shots I took at The Wedge from land before getting a GoPro and falling in love with shooting my local spot from the water ... this is actually the shot that made me really want to capture looking out the barrel here towards the sun ... a vision I had been addicted to since I was a teen ... people may have forgotten due to the over saturation of those images ... but there was a time when shooting towards the sun at this spot was original ... I'd also like to pay big respect to the greatest Wedge photographer of all time ... Ron Romanosky ... thank you for teaching me to appreciate the beauty of the wave ... your photos are and always will be the original and greatest Wedge shots of all time because of your love for the wave and your relationship with it through riding #loveaffair #originatedontduplicate
