I started a healthy diet 4 days ago because I need to loose 8 Kg ? I must admit my husband, Mr K was super happy with my womanly curves but unfortunately my wardrobe was not ?! I already feel lighter! Each day I receive a bag with 3 main meals & yummy snack to keep me going throughout my hectic days! I have also cut out Fizzy drinks (that was difficult) and cut out any added sugar!
