Lighting does make a difference and i used the new @Motives Cosmetics @lorenridinger @ラ・ラ・アンソニー DYNASTY palette for this tutorial.. Steps:
DYNASTY PALETTE
-apply motives eye base all over eye lid
-apply THEIA all over the lid and apply -VENUS above the crease
-apply MEDUSA on the crease to define
-use NEFERTITI to blend on to the crease
-apply PANDORA on the lid
line waterline with LBD gel liner and smudge ATHENA on the lower lash
