So this is a little snippet from a seminar I was teaching at @felipepenabjj academy in Belo Horizonte. A buddy of mine posted it to the @flograppling site and now it's gone viral. Me and @serviotulio21 are Insta-famous now!! ???. Before everyone says what a big bully I am and all of that...here's a little context: This was step 3 in a 4 part lesson on the importance of head position, explosivity, and looking up and through your opponent (rather than looking down as so many folks do).
