Texture of the #burrata soft serve coming out extra smooth and creamy this weekend. There are always small variations from the milk and burrata. This one is rich and nutty and we are serving it all Labor Day weekend and Monday starting at noon at #DominiqueAnselKitchen in the West Village. A few drops of balsamic caramel and a confit strawberry on the bottom of the honey tuile cone (#regram from @thephoneeatsfirst).
