There is nothing better than becoming your own motivation.
This is why I say that it is so important to take progress photos! So you can look back on the person you were and compare it to the amazing person you have become.

It’s the best feeling??. Being able to look in the mirror and say “I did this. I got up everyday” And just knowing the fact that NO ONE can, or could, do it for you.. is such an empowering feeling!
