KISS THE SKY POWER SMOOTHIE ?
I sent my gorgeous girlfriend @mothernourish a little Spell care package this week and bless her, she just sent me this Kiss the Sky inspired Purple Power Smoothie!! Break out the Vitamix and screen grab for tomorrow's breaky!) ?

Goodies:
Handful of purple kale (wilted)
A few sprigs of parsley
A generous handful of nuts (I've used cashews + macadamias)
Teaspoon chia seeds + Teaspoon flax seeds
Tablespoon of some green wonder powder (with spirulina and chlorella)
Tablespoon coconut oil (don’t be afraid of good oils/NUTS.. they’re good for you and will keep you sustained til lunch!)
Blueberries + banana
Milk of your choice.. I'm using some homemade cashew milk today?

Tip:
I like to wilt my kale before I put it in the blender. I give it a good wash and then I boil the kettle and pour boiling water over it. This helps to make it a little bit more digestible by releasing some of the oxalates. Oxalates bind to minerals and can leach you of nutritiousness so I don't recommend using raw kale in your smoothies. Also I recommend soaking the nuts overnight to release any antinutrients.?
