I read a comment a few days ago of a girl that told me that I destroy everyone's self esteem with my pictures and that hundreds of girls are starving because of me. ❗️ Luckily the majority of my followers know that nothing I post is about showing off or showing "how perfect I am". I am by no means perfect and I have flaws just like every other girl out there. I decided to work hard and feed my body with a lot of healthy food (I never ever starve myself and I also do 0,000 cardio 👀) in order to be the best version I can possibly be one day.
We should not compare ourselves to others all the time - life is no competition! There are a lot of different body types and every single one of them is beautiful! For example: I know that I will never look like Jen Selter or Michelle Lewin (although I love there bodies) because some parts of my body are just not built that way. You should also accept that your muscles maybe won't react or grow exactly like mine. That's nature and that's what makes every individual beautiful 💗
