For the past 15 days, I've been eating more mindfully while trying a body reset meal plan. I gained a new appreciation for food and lost 10 lbs just by changing my eating habits.
I wasn't really looking to lose any weight, and don't think weight is a good measurement of success. But simply wanted to challenge myself to be more mindful of what I was eating.
The greatest lesson I learned is the importance of planning ahead and being prepared to make healthy choices. Most folks (including myself), let their schedule and environment determine their eating habits. But by planning ahead, it can help create positive change.

For tonight though, I'm just going to celebrate... with my old friend SPAGHETTI (and some yummy fresh bread from the bakery).
