With typical lash glue, you can just pour some out and dip the lash in, but this glue dries so fast that you have to work really quickly that way. Drop it onto the lash close to the lash line, without getting it onto the skin. She then use the end of the tweezer adjust the lash into the preferred direction. Start at the center of the lash line, applying the medium length and moving toward the outer corner (She applied 7). Then apply the short length to the inner eye (She did 3). She also added a few long lashes to the outer corner for more drama.
