You guys,
One of my dearest furrends, Amber (@zoro.2011) is having a pretty rough day because she not only has a FIBROMYALGIA flare up on the way, she's also down with the flu today.
Fibromyalgia (or 'fibro' for short) is a chronic condition with no known cure at the moment, and is defined by Google as a "rheumatic condition characterized by muscular or musculoskeletal pain with stiffness and localized tenderness at specific points on the body". The crappy thing is not only that it can get HELLA painful (and we can only imagine) but that, like mental illnesses, it is an invisible disease and doesn't show up on X-rays or most lab tests. This means that many people misunderstand fibro patients and think they're simply not doing enough to help themselves. This is a stigma and totally NOT true! So to show Amber we support her and maybe even get her through just one moment of unbearable pain, I'd like my amazing furrends to drop her some ❤️ below.
