This is mommy. This video is from yesterday! Allie is doing well right now, energy level is still low but she is eating and drinking! Everything happened so fast we did not know anything about liver shunt until now! The spay surgery did not cause the liver shunt. Allie did have blood work prior to the spay surgery and everything looked good! Unless you do a special bile acid lab work for liver shunt other wise it is not showing up in regular lab work! Liver shunts is commonly found in small breed especially Yorkies! Liver shunts can be fixed through surgeries! We need all the positive energies and prayers for baby Allie and have faith in the Drs that everything will be okay tomorrow! Please continue to keep her in your prayers!
