Today's 5K in Kansas City whooped me good lmao....I only had 2hrs of sleep but I still got up & got it in. I caught 2 back spasms while running & damn near collapsed...But I didn't quit. I pushed thru it and finished with my best time to date 21:30. Major thank you to the people of Kansas City for coming out & being apart of the "Hustle Hart" movement....This RUN just keeps getting bigger.
