He was an owner surrender after being purchased as a young puppy then they didn't have time for him.
This is a very common age for owner surrenders. People can be so selfish. They buy the cute puppy, steal their youth and then don't follow through with their commitment for a long list of lame reasons. :/ As our friend @quamethod promotes...#stopbuyingdogs!
