I just wanted to share and encourage everyone to not be the victim. Forgive them, forgive YOURSELF for auctioning your self esteem to the lowest bidder if that's what you did just to be with someone. Forgive yourself for putting your happiness on the back burner to make someone happy! Forgive yourself for not wanting the very best FOR YOU! You deserve it. You owe it to yourself to move on. Take back your power. I know everyone's circumstances in their break ups is different. But our one commonality in moving forward is remembering to love ourselves first and be responsible for our own feelings! Hope this helped someone. #notesfrommyjournal
