Reacquainting with this view on day 1 back at Sarchasm last week. Projecting is always a mental battle, and this route is no different. The hike felt long, the feet felt minuscule, and fear got the best of me a couple times, despite falling onto bolts. Everything felt a little impossible, but I have to remember that last season, once the beta fell into place and my mind cooperated, I fell short of the anchors only because of botched foot beta at the top.
