Ok. So let's talk about this. Clearly Joe and Samantha communicated before they went on #bachelorinparadise. And they clearly only wanted to pursue one another. Not open to anyone else. Which is totally fine. So- my question is this: What is the appropriate way to handle that situation knowing that Joe needed to get a rose to even see Samantha? What should he have done?
