THE STORY OF TYLER / CAPT AMEOWRICA ?? This is Tyler, our oldest furbaby. He was the first kitten Deowdy and I rescued together; we found him malnourished at about 4⃣ weeks old. To say it was ?? at first sight is a MAJOR understatement; Tyler became My Beowby... which is how I came up with 'Meowmy' + 'Deowdy'. (I thought it was so cute, still do ?)
At the time, we were living with relatives who very initially weren't too keen on us keeping Beowby. So, I would wrap him up in one of my t-shirts ? (purrito!), take the bus ? to my mom's place ? and drop him off before work. After work, I'd swing by to pick him up before making the 40-minute journey back. We did this at least five times a week for a few months until we moved in with my mom ?? (and sister ?? – hello, butthead!) and my sister's cat, Puff, would babysit wee little (but monstrously mischievous) Tyler.
As he was The Beowby for nearly ✌? years, it's safe to say we spoilt. Him. Rotten. Whatever he wanted (read: moar treats), he got it. He was taken out to the ☀️? beach, carried around the house, and he rewarded us by playing Fetch with us!
#Deowdy and I have our own place now and our fameowly has expanded since, but in our hearts he'll always be Tyler the Kitten. Despite all his posturing as the Alpha, he's still the liddle baybee kee-aht who's TERRIFIED of the vacuum cleaner and hides with Meowmy the moment he even hears it being plugged in. So here's to Tyler, our Beowby, who changed our lives furever. ❤️
