So happy to have broken the New Zealand 1000m record tonight in 2.37.28 here in Tokyo at the Juntendo International, last race as a 23 year old and last race before world champs which start in one week!! Felt a bit tired after only arriving from the uk four days ago but good to have raced! Thanks to everyone for the support! Well done to all the other kiwis who competed!!
