A post-workout selfie at @thelomaxway ?? Feeling very colour coordinated wearing an @activeinstyle bra and @reebokwomenuk leggings and trainers ? This was my first session back since Sardinia. I didn't lift the whole time I was out there - which meant over a week without touching a weight. (The longest I've gone in years!) My coach @awillis1515 told me to give my body a rest, and it did me a world of good. I lifted again today and felt strong and well recovered. It just goes to show that you can go on holiday, relax and not lose your physique, strength or fitness levels. ☺️? #girlgains #breakyourselfie
