Assault bike test coming up!
I will be periscoping it - not sure if that is a good idea since I've had a while of from conditioning ? But this is a test to see where my base level is and then I will ree do in 7 weeks and hopefully that will have improved a lot in that time ? This is hopefully a descent length - 12min +
