When I said I wanted to help women, I never EVER thought in a million years that I would build a community of SO MANY women from all over the world. If you are wondering who these people are, these AMAZING women have organised a #bbg meet up. BBG stands for bikini body guide, a training guide I created in January 2014. Since then, women everywhere have called it the #bbg guide and are NOW doing 'meet ups' and training together ??? I just want to cry from happiness!!! This is absolutely insane and SOOOOOO amazing.
