I believe in bringing the raw emotional power of live music together with the heart and body opening of yoga. Yesterday the yoga jam with Tias Little and us at the Santa Fe Yoga festival was a great blend of the two! It was a fun and spirited experience having Tias guide the room the through the asana and spontaneous dance breakouts and singing with us! Tonight we are at Red Rocks!
