PINEAPPLE GARLIC SAUCE.

I pan seared the steak for a couple of minutes. Than I added Bok Choy, #flavorgod seasoning,splash of soy sauce and rice wine vinegar.

Once done with the steak bites, in another pan I made the sauce,
This sauce goes great with steak,fish,chicken,sea food and all veggies.

This sauce recipe similar to a restaurants I use to bartend at? but without all the added sugar and salt.

INGREDIENTS:
?2 teaspoons - vegetable oil or ghee butter
?2 tablespoons- garlic ( minced
?2 tablespoons- chopped green onions
?1 tablespoon - #flavorgod garlic seasoning
?1/2 cup- pineapple juice
?2 tablespoons- chili paste
?2 tablespoons - vinegar ( apple or white)
?1 tablespoon - soy sauce ( or coconut amino)

Directions:
1. Make the sauce by heating 2 teaspoons oil in medium saucepan.
2.Sauté the garlic and onion in the oil for just a few seconds, not allowing the ingredients to burn.
3.then quickly add the pineapple juice, followed by chili sauce, vinegar,and soy sauce.
4.Bring mixture to a boil and continue to simmer on medium/high heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until thick.
Serve with any type of protein or veggie
