Between acting and training Gemma has found the time to get treatment for her injury in time to get fit for a charity event.

Following a hip injury Gemma has been attending treatment sessions at @fullmotion_physio . Deficiencies in hamstrings, core stability and glute strength have been identified.
Over a 3 week period we have gotten great results with elimination of pain and a targeted rehabilitation program looking at strengthening of all the identified areas.
