TOUCHDOWN LONDON!!!?????? Thankful that @yoga_mum came all the way to Amsterdam to pick up @ringo_thegringo - he wasn't allowed into England without quarantine?? He'll have a good time in Sweden with grandma but is bummed he didn't get to see England? Anyway! I am one of those people that can never sleep on planes so definitely battling the time difference right now. The best way to cure jet lag? Fresh fruits, healthy fats (coconut is the best!), green juice and all the H2o you can muster. Pretty easy with this gorgeous view!❤️ I'm going to force myself to stay awake until 9pm...
