Words of wisdom from one of our favorite people, @hanaleireponty ?? "In this day and age, women are doing amazing things across the globe and it all starts with understanding each other. If we can support and back each other, then anything is possible, which is why I am supporting the 'Play Nice' campaign by @motherdenim X @kindcampaign.
In each of our lives, we are given the opportunity every day to make a difference, in the lives of the people around us, friend or stranger. This difference is made in the way that we treat one another, by choosing compassion and love over intimidation from fear.
Growing up in Tahiti, I learned that respect was one of the most important values: respect for yourself, respect for the land and Mother Nature and respect for others. It is something that stuck with me my whole life, no matter if I was in French Polynesia or traveling abroad. It is the common thread of human kind to have compassion and I am optimistic that in every person we meet we can make the difference we are looking to become by taking the high road and appreciating each other for everything that is special in us.
