Our Saturday night starts here with this delicious Golden Glow mocktail! Not only is it super refreshing, it's loaded with vitamin C from one of our favourite superfoods, baobab. Want to give it a go? Keep on reading... Ingredients:
3 dessert spoons of golden berries
1 Passion fruit,
1 Mango
1 Nectarine
2 tsp Baobab powder
1 Vanilla pod
12 Ice cubes

Method:
1. Rehydrate golden berries in a small cup of water for 20 minutes, puree and save the water.

2. Remove all the flesh and pips from the passion fruit, puree and then run through a sieve if you'd like to remove bits.
