It was a remarkable moment for our history and I'm honored to stand with the Almaty 2022 Bidding Team from the very roots. Witnessed everything — sleepless nights, 1000 long pages documents, numerous briefs, meetings, brainstorming conferences. We had the passion for the games and could achieve historic heights in the intention to host the biggest Sports Forum in the world. The concept prepared not only smoothly fitted the National Idea of Strategy 2050 but literally fulfilled the Olympic Agenda 2020 Reforms. The concept was unique with Real implementation of the Agenda 2020 reforms by simply Keeping It Real. We were ready to welcome one of the Most Affordable, Sustainable and Comfortable Olympics in the whole history of the Olympic movement with simple help of our beautiful nature. Maybe it was not enough. In anyway, I'd like to thanks the whole team for the outstanding first-class team work, maybe we didn't win the Bid but we won something that is even more important. Priceless memories. And I'll always remember the whole period of preparation for the Games with warmth in my heart. :) Thanks to all of you for support! #almaty2022
