Really enjoyed racing, pacing and watching the #Exeter Open and BMC tonight here in the South West of England! Raced my first 400m since March and only the second 400m this year, it didn't go so well and I don't like excuses but it was very windy. And I know I can work on my speed more leading up to World's! Still good training and every step helps! @sam.petty1 ran his first track race since March, racing the 3000m and considering he is training for triathlon now, been injured, and has only done two track sessions in the last 4 months he did awesome to be under 9mins! I enjoyed pacing the men's c race later to 500 through 400 in 59. Well done to everyone who raced, especially those who got pb's!!
