Like I've mentioned before, #fitness and health is extremely important to me. I was a practicing registered nurse for 8 years working in every aspect of acute care nursing. I saw people plagued with debilitating diseases and much worse day after day. One thing I never witnessed, not even once, was a healthy, active person who truly educated them self about how to prevent disease, and then ended up in a debilitating circumstance. Life can be full of quality, energy, happiness, and strength if you keep #active and fuel yourself for both energy and pleasure. I do not believe #aesthetics is nearly as important as health but it just so happens they usually go hand in hand. ?????. Nothing wrong with enjoying the fruits of your labors, is there? ?
