One of the favorites from U.P. (Our after hours 8 course dessert tasting) has been this dish: First Heartbreak. A hot and cold take on a Baked Alaska with our version of "Rocky Road" ice cream made with bergamot, cocoa nibs, and marshmallow -- served over a moist chocolate pain de genes with butter almond chocolate ganache and meringue petals set aflame.
