About the Shot: "Tunnel Vision" - San Francisco has endless place to explore and endless places to shoot. I’ve seen a million different long exposures from peoples driving around the city that looked amazing so I figured it was time to try my luck and do something similar but also different. What better then a beautifully carved tunnel with great ambient lighting.

How it was Captured: Long Exposure photography is purely experimental and sometimes it takes numerous attempts to get the shot you want. I figured I'd reduce my risk of error by using an adhesive sticky mount and put it on the top of my sunroof which reduced vibration and shake. You want to keep your camera as still as possible for long exposures otherwise everything can go out of focus. After I got the camera situated I dabbled with various exposure lengths, ultimately setting on Auto and 2 sec exposures for the tunnel. Sharpening was set to low and Max ISO set to 400. I have found that anywhere from 5-30 seconds works awesome for capturing the light trails its just a matter of experimentation and figuring out what you like most! #GoPro #nightphoto #tunnelvision
