First pic was taken 5 weeks ago, right after my first workout with @lucywyndhamread. Second pic was taken this morning! ????Since then I have lost an inch all round (started off 35-27-35 and am now 34-26-34) and toned up my whole body! I know I never had a lot of weight to lose so this isn't a huge transformation but for me it was about getting toned & feeling fit! ?? Thank you Lucy, you are my ?!
