Pope Francis arrived in La Paz, Bolivia, last night on the second leg of his first South American tour since becoming Pope. He visited Ecuador earlier this week and will continue on to Paraguay, where 89% of the population is Catholic. His appearances in the region have already attracted crowds in the millions.
