"Just saw this floating through the skies of Calgary," tweeted Twitter user Tom Warne. A man named Daniel Boria says he tied more than 100 balloons to a lawn chair and flew over the #CalgaryStampede -- a popular rodeo -- as a business publicity stunt. Boria told Canadian broadcaster and CNN affiliate CTV that he'd hoped to land in the #ChuckwagonRaces, a famous event at the Stampede. Boria he says that during his #balloon flight, "the winds were insane" and he had to bail in a parachute. After that, police took him into custody.
