Recipe:
50ml #ChivasRegal 12
20ml yuzu mix
(2/3 lemon juice; 1/3 yuzu juice)
15ml sugar syrup
A tiny amount of macha tea powder
10ml egg white
Shake and serve on the rocks with a spray of angostura bitter on top
