#EvaGreen on the cover of Version Femme (November 25, 2001)

Eva and Joy Green were born by Caesarean section at St. Vincent de Paul hospital in the 14th Arrondissement of Paris on the 6th of July 1980 at 10:35am to Walter Green, a dentist, and French actress and children's book author #MarlneJobert.

In an August 29, 1980 issue of France's Paris Match where Marlène Jobert was on the cover with her twin daughters Eva and Joy, it has been stated that the twins were born on the 6th of July that year. Additionally, in Version Femme's November 25, 2001 issue where Eva was on the cover, it was stated by Eva herself that her birthdate is July 6, 1980. It is unclear where exactly the wrong date of July 5 as Eva and Joy's birthdate originated but it has been repeatedly wrongly published and became known as Eva's birthdate once Eva became famous.

Due to contradictory reports and constant confusion among fans, EvaGreenWeb took the liberty to ask Joy Green about this and Joy Green herself confirmed that the 6th of July 1980 is indeed their correct birthdate.

FUN FACT: Paris Match's August 29, 1980 issue featuring Marlène Jobert and her twin daughters is Eva's first ever magazine cover at almost two months old (55 days old to be exact) while Version Femme's November 25, 2001 issue is Eva's first solo magazine cover.
